Cancellation Policy

MelaSkin Studio values our clients . We understand that life happens and we try to do our best to accommodate clients when possible. As such, we have strict policies for NO-SHOW’s and CANCELLATIONS. We require a 24 hour advance notice to protect our service professionals and to provide waitlist clients the opportunity to book new openings. As appointments are booked based upon your convenience, you are allowed 1 reschedule for your originally booked appointment. The second reschedule, following the first one, will be declined. REQUESTS TO RESCHEDULE WITH LESS THAN 24 HOUR NOTICE IS A CANCELLATION. CLIENTS MORE THAN 15 MINS LATE IS A SAME DAY CANCELLATION.

All requested appointments require a 50% deposit. This deposit is refundable if you cancel with MORE THAN 24 HOUR NOTICE. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR Appointment NO-SHOW’s, CLIENTS MORE THAN 15 MINS LATE and appointments CANCELED WITH LESS THAN 24 HR NOTICE.


Deposits

MelaSkin Studio is primarily a “by appointment” business, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact to our business and that of our service professionals. Because of this, deposits are required for our services. Deposits are processed via credit card or debit card when you book. The amount charged will be applied toward the services on the day of your appointment. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE FOR CLIENTS WHO CANCEL WITH LESS THAN 24 HOUR NOTICE, MORE THAN 15 MINS LATE OR NO-SHOW.
